Brian Kage is a Techno Producer & DJ born and raised in Detroit. Kage has released music on Omar-s’ record label, “FXHE,” Carl Craig’s “Planet-E”, Luke Hess’ “DeepLabs,” Steve Bug’s “PokerFlat,” Rob Modell’s “Echospace,” and many more. Kage’s ‘DetroitLuv’ record was featured and played on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix by Richie Hawtin and Ricardo Villalobos.

Brian recently created a new record label called, “Michigander.” The first release on the label, Brian’s “The Arc EP” pays tribute to Detroit with it’s uplifting melodic techno style. “The Arc EP” was also featured and praised on Resident Advisor’s “New Tracks” list.

Kage has also helped co-found the record label, “Beretta Music” in 2002. Beretta has played an important role in helping shape and develop the careers of many internationally respected producers on its roster. Seth Troxler, Ryan Crosson, Luke Hess, and Alex Israel are just some of the talented artists who were first recognized and developed by Brian at their side in the studio.

The best word to describe Brian is ‘passionate.’ From his intense work ethic in the studio, to his emotionally charged DJ sets, Kage’s strongest attribute is his ultimate love for his craft, the music.
